Glen Boyls, CBCP, has been actively involved in enterprise risk management and business continuity planning for the last twelve years of his twenty-five year management consulting career. Over the course of his career, Glen has helped clients achieve over $1 billion in stakeholder value through risk mitigation, financial and operational improvements, program management and IT project turnarounds. His experience includes: acquisition planning, business analysis, business continuity, merger consolidation, risk management and sourcing strategies. Clients include Global 50 to Fortune 1000 corporations across 10 industries. Glen is an Ernst & Young alumnus, is a Certified Business Continuity Professional and has a Master of Science degree in Economics and a Bachelor of Science degree in Natural Resources Management.

Robert Bray, CPEA, has 24 years of experience in regulatory compliance and Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) management. He has supported clients from the energy, petrochemical, aerospace, manufacturing, primary and secondary metals, pharmaceutical, food, printing, textile, electronic and utility industries. Rob’s specific HSE management experience includes assisting numerous corporations in the design and implementation of auditing programs and HSE management systems by conducting training, developing state/industry-specific audit protocols, developing audit report formats, designing databases to store and track audit information, and leading audit teams in the field. Rob has conducted more than 550 compliance/management systems audits worldwide. He has also assisted clients in the development and implementation of compliance management systems which promote long term compliance and HSE improvement. Rob received his Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Science from the University of California Riverside, and is a Certified Professional Environmental Auditor.

Tom Casey, CMC and CCP, has thirty years of experience in the consulting industry, with extensive experience in financial systems management, information technology, and business process improvement. He has serviced all types of organizations in the public, private and non-profit sectors. As the former Director of Global Financial Systems and Reporting for a large multi-national chemical and equipment manufacturer, he was responsible for all financial reporting for the corporation, as well as the development and testing of all business continuity and disaster recovery planning. In addition, he managed the implementation of compliance directives across 165 world-wide locations. Tom is a Certified Management Consultant (CMC), a Certified Computer Professional (CCP), has a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from Saint Joseph’s University, and a Master of Business Administration degree in Finance from Widener University.

Marc Dominus provides specialized services implementing enterprise risk management programs. He has conducted over 100 board and executive enterprise risk assessments throughout the U.S., Canada, Europe, Middle East, Africa, Asia and Asia Pacific. Industries served include energy, retail, manufacturing, communications, hospitality and financial services. His management consulting experience spans over 25 years, including Director positions with leading international professional services firms including Arthur Andersen, Protiviti Risk Consulting and Aon, as Director in their ERM consulting services. Marc has assisted Global 1000 companies with the development and prioritization of objectives, strategies and resource allocation as well as leading organizational consolidations and redesign. Marc has deep experience in the use of group decision-support technologies and is a very effective facilitator of collaborative process. He has also held leadership positions in Local and State government. Marc has a bachelor degree from SMU, a masters from the University of Texas at Austin and a certification in Control Self-Assessment from the Institute of Internal Auditors.

Patrick Doyle, has over 20 years of professional experience in the Health Safety and Environmental (HSE) management field. He has supported a wide range of industries, including consumer products, petroleum, automotive, aerospace, pharmaceutical, public utilities, and manufacturing facilities across the globe, including Africa, Asia, Australia (Oceana), Europe, North America, and South America. The focus of his professional work is international HSE management system development and implementation. Patrick has performed numerous HSE diagnostic assessments at industrial operations worldwide and facilitated the development and implementation of effective HSE management systems to address program gaps and deficiencies. Patrick is fluent in Spanish and working knowledge of Portuguese. Patrick received his Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations and his Master of Science degree in Civil Engineering/Environmental Management, both from Tufts University.

Lawrence Heim, CPEA, has over 23 years of experience with environmental risk management serving clients from the forest products, metal manufacturing, utility, aerospace, and general manufacturing sectors. Areas of focus include environmental compliance audits/assessments, risk identification, integrating risk concepts into environmental program development, and liability mitigation programs. Lawrence has conducted more than 400 compliance/management systems audits in the US, Canada and Latin America. In addition to supporting clients with environmental management activities interdepartmental and management-level coordination, communication and training, EHS performance measurement, cost accounting, economic valuation and product/branding strategy, Lawrence is also the creator of ROIa (Return on Investment of Loss Avoidance Costs), a financial metric that demonstrates the economic value and balance of ongoing environmental management costs compared to an entity’s environmental risk profile. Lawrence received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Government from the University of Texas at Austin, and is a Certified Professional Environmental Auditor.

Jeff Hymowitz has over 25 years of consulting and executive experience in quality assurance, information technology, and marketing and sales. Jeff provides executive-level policy and planning service, with a focus on financial and business need prioritization, risk management, coordination of multiple teams’ activities and integrating new technologies into live competitive business operations. He has defined methods to support upgrades and support of numerous IT and Sales systems, where 24x7 continuity is critical. Examples include managing the integration of a series of IT upgrades for a multi-billion dollar consumer products company, upgrading the configuration and QA processes of a national retail website, and the database backup/recovery plan for a bank’s retirement account system. Jeff is an alumnus of PricewaterhouseCoopers and Accenture and has a Master of Business Administration degree and a Bachelor of Science degree from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Stan Kabot has over 25 years of experience as a consultant, CFO and controller across multiple industries with business operations in the United States, Europe and Asia. As a consultant, he managed and provided support to companies ranging in size from $50M to the Fortune 500 in their efforts to implement or upgrade Enterprise Resource Planning systems. Stan has a strong background in operational and technology risk management. During the past four years, he completed multiple and successful IT Audit engagements for Sarbanes Oxley 404 compliance. He influenced and helped executive management develop strategies to enhance risk management practices. His skill set also includes: project management, business process and system analysis, COSO and COBIT implementations, change management, business case studies and financial analysis. Stan is an alumnus of PriceWaterhouseCoopers and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Syracuse University.

Sue Kerr, CBCP, has over 20 years of risk management experience, including eleven years at a Fortune 500 financial institution developing and implementing a comprehensive international Business Continuity Program. As the designated Crisis Manager, she led other senior executives through a number of significant events. Her experience includes: business continuity, crisis management, enterprise risk management, business modeling, operations management, process improvement, dashboards, change management, continuity of operations, human capital development, project management and COBIT implementation. Her industry experience includes financial services manufacturing, government and insurance. Sue has a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems from Virginia Commonwealth University, is a Certified Business Continuity Professional through the Disaster Recovery Institute and holds a Masters Certificate in Project Management from George Washington University.

Doug Nagan has been actively involved in enterprise risk management and business continuity planning for the last fifteen years of his forty plus information technology and consulting career. Over the course of his career, Doug has helped clients, including the US Air Force, assess risks in manufacturing, finance, IT and supply chains. Results have included direct savings of over $100 million and the avoidance of potential risks of equivalent value through assessment of existing operational and implementing suggested improvements. His experience includes: business analysis, business continuity, information technology, merger consolidation, operations and process improvement, project and program management, risk management, and sourcing strategy. Clients include start-ups to Global 25 corporations across 8 industries.

Albert "Skip" Patterson has conducted enterprise risk management assessments, remedial action to assist clients in their compliance and risk management efforts. He has provided consulting services to Fortune 100 companies to solve security and privacy issues in their information technology and operational infrastructure. During his thirty year career, Skip has held CIO level executive positions with major financial services companies where his organizations delivered over $2 billion in stakeholder value by designing innovative information technology strategies that aligned with the strategies of the businesses they supported. His experience includes: acquisition planning, business analysis, business continuity, information technology, merger consolidation, operations and process improvement, project and program management, risk management, and sourcing strategy. At Verizon, he was the executive responsible the $1.5 billion Y2K program. Skip is also a career member of the Association for Computing Machinery and IEEE.

Ann Rutledge has twenty-five years of experience as a senior finance practitioner in new market sectors where the norms and practices remain largely obscure to the outside world. A highly regarded advisor and strategist on credit ratings, credit risk measurement, risk structuring and cybernetics, Ann’s main focus is on enhancing franchise value through active information management. Her clients include hedge funds, securities regulators, rating agencies, multilateral development banks and small-medium sized enterprises. Ann is frequently quoted in The New York Times, Bloomberg News, The Wall Street Journal, National Journal, and she has appeared on MSNBC and Bloomberg television. She co-wrote "The Analysis of Structured Securities" (2003) and "Elements of Structured Finance" (2010), both published by Oxford University Press. Ann is an adjunct associate professor of finance at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. She is a graduate of the University of Chicago Booth Business School and Wellesley College, and a member of Phi Beta Kappa.

Marc Smith has 30 years of experience in providing technology development, planning, risk management, and consulting services. As a practitioner, he has provided CIO-level guidance to four firms, including Pabst Brewing Company, over a ten-year period.  As a consultant, he has provided senior advisory and project management services to Fortune 500 companies such as El Paso Corporation, Continental Airlines, Boeing, and Northwest Airlines as well as various local, state, and federal government agencies. Marc has been an innovator in the area of business and IT plan alignment/linkage and accelerated enterprise transformation planning and preparation.  He has been recognized for advances in technology developments and the overall effective use of technology in attaining strategic business goals. Marc is an Ernst & Young alumnus and holds a Master of Science degree in Engineering Management and a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, both from the Missouri University of Science and Technology.

Roger Stearns, MBCI, CBCP and CHS-III, has over 25 years of experience in the emergency management and business continuity arena.  He is a recognized leader and change agent who believes that “ Having a business continuity plan isn’t enough.  You need a Business Continuity Management Program”. Roger specializes in business continuity and provides consulting, leadership, and program development. His career has taken him around the globe and across the United States. Rogers experience includes public and private sectors, building continuity programs for small and large organizations. Roger holds certifications from the Business Continuity Institute (MBCI), the Disaster Recovery Institute International (CBCP) and The American Board for Certification in Homeland Security (CHS-III). He is an active member of the National Fire Protection Association and the New England Disaster Information Exchange.

Barry Weber has more than 25 years experience in IT consulting and leading IT as a CIO. He has unique experience in IT infrastructure for high volume e-commerce and financial services where risk is measured in impact to revenue/minute. He led the development of the business continuity plan for Barnes & Noble.com which is based in NYC and suffered no impact from 9/11. He has consulted to American Express, Citigroup, UBS Financial, BellSouth, Cingular, Merrill Lynch on ITIL process, performance, availability, and quality management. Barry is an alumnus of PricewaterhouseCoopers and has a BA in Economics from the University of Michigan.

Harry Wilson, CBCP has over thirty years of financial systems and information technology experience including ten years in enterprise risk management and business continuity planning. Over the course of his career, Harry has helped corporations improve financial and supply chain performance, implement enterprise resource planning systems and develop business resiliency solutions for manufacturers and wholesalers. Harry has the hands-on experience and confidence required to leading cross-functional teams in the development of deliverables that meet cost, schedule and business requirements. He has developed all-hazards business continuity plans that include the physical security of corporate headquarters and manufacturing operations. Harry has a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Miami and is a Certified Business Continuity Professional from Disaster Recovery International.
